Returns and Refunds

  1. Eligibility:
    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
  2. Timeframe:
    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
    • After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
  3. Return Process:
    • Contact our customer support team at support@frontierropingsupply.com to request a return authorization.
    • Once approved, securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
    • Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
    • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  6. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
